Greasemonkey, what can I say, one of the most used add-on in FireFox to add third-party Java scripts which may add additional functionality or change the way a web page looks.
There’s a lot of people who use it in FireFox, Opera, etc. And now here’s a method to run them in Google Chrome browser.
Before the arrival of this userscript runtime for Chrome, there was only one way to run those third-party Java scripts on Chrome, which was bookmarklets. That’s when Greasemetal comes in.
Greasemetal is a userscript runtime for Google Chrome. The runtime does the same with Chrome what Greasemonkey does with Firefox. It runs those tiny Java scripts to fulfill their purposes on Chroe
Whe you install Greasemetal, you can run it from the Start Menu. To add those scripts you have to put them in the userjs directory under My Documents or Documents (for Windows 7/Vista).
